Cancellation:

  • Can be requested immediately after placing the order.
  • Not possible once the product is shipped.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged/defective items: Must report within 15 days.
  • Wrong item received: Notify us within 15 days.
  • Perishable products: Not eligible unless quality issue is proven.
  • Warranty items: Will be redirected to manufacturer.
